Dear Shareholders of Nok Airlines Public Company Limited

In 2016, Thai aviation business grew continuously in line with a severe competition in ASEAN aviation industry. Thailand is well prepared to serve as the ASEAN comprehensive aviation center affect to competition among all full services provider and the low-cost airlines. It appeared that the participation of new comers and changed rapidly in passengers behavior. These factors have impact directly to our business.

Our Company, however, has appropriately adjusted by well-planned policies and strategies which focusing on effective cost management to face with the serious competing situation. There were various working committees have been set up which included the Strategic and Long-term Plan Committee and the Study of Efficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Improvement Committee. They are responsible for review business impact factors and provide effective suggestion to enhance competitive advantages with existing potential to achieve sooner concrete outcomes.
